CAPSICUM AND COCONUT CURRY

Ingredients used in CAPSICUM AND COCONUT CURRY
• Fresh coconut - 1/2 cup.
• Bell pepper (chopped) - 1 cup.
• Onions (chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Ginger garlic (paste) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Green chillies - 2 number.
• Oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Take a mixie jar, add fresh coconut and blend it.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, little salt, curry leaves and saute it.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, green chillies and saute it.
  • Add bell pepper, salt, coriander powder, blended coconut, little water mix it well and cooked it on slow flame.
  • At last add coriander leaves and mix it. Switch off the flame.

Now COCONUT AND CAPSICUM CURRY is ready to serve with rice, chapathi.
