Ingredients used in Capsicum Paneer Delight
• Paneer - 250 grams.
• Capsicum - 1 large.
• Ginger - 1/2 piece.
• Garlic - 6-7 clove.
• Green chiies - 4 to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Asafoetida - 1 pinch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Onion - 1 big.
• Tomatoes - 1 big.
• Coriander - 1/2 bunch.
• Lemon - 1/2 numbers.
Method:
Crumble Paneer into small pieces and keep aside. Chop capsicum into small pieces.finely chop ginger and garlic.heat oil in a wok.after the oil gets heated add cumin seeds and asafoetida. When the cumin seeds start crackling add finely chopped onion and green chilies.add a little salt so that onion oozes out it water and cooking time is reduced.when the onions gets translucent add ginger-garlic and fry till the raw flavor of ginger garlic vanishes.to this add chopped capsicum and stir fry for a minute.we dont have to overcook capsicum instead we have to keep them crunchy.after a minute of stir frying add paneer and DO NOT MIX.Above paneer add chopped tomatoes and salt and black peeper according to your taste.DO NOT MIX ANYTHING.Lower the flame and cover the wok and allow the dish to cook until tomatoes become tender.After tomatoes become tender mix everything.Garnish the dish with fresh coriander or cilantro and squeeze lemon and serve hot.
