Ingredients used in Capsicum- Tomato Chuttny
• Curry leaves - 0 small.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Uarad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Channa dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Jeera - 0 small.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Tamarind - 0 small.
• Green chillies - 10 to 15 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 big.
• Red capsicum - 1 big.
• Red chilly whole - 1 numbers.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 0 small.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
Take a pan add oil . Add chopped red peppers, tamarind after oil was heated. Let them fry for 5 minuets. Now add chopped tomato#39;s the pan . Let them Cooke until the water evaporates in tomato#39;s. Now switch of the flame and let it cool down. Now in a blender and this mixture, Jeer, Garlic, Salt and blend them and take it in to a bowl. In another pan add 2tsp oil. After oil was heated add red chill whole, mustard seeds, jeera, Channa dal, Uarad dal, curry leaves, turmeric. Now add this mixture to blended mixture. Finish it with chopped coriander leaves.
