CARROT AND ONION SOUP

Ingredients used in CARROT AND ONION SOUP
• Butter - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Vegetable stock - 500 ml.
• Carrot(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Little butter in a hot pan then add garlic, onions, salt,carrot, pepper powder and cook for few minutes with a lid on it on a slow flame.
  • Now add vegetable stock, salt, and let it boil for 5-8minutes.
  • Then add lime juice mix it and Switch off the flame.

Now serve hot in a soup bowl.
