Grate the carrit and cook well with very little water. add salt suger, ghee, cardamoms Powder, grapes and cashewnuts. keep the vessel on low fire and stir. keep stirring unitl the mixture become stickky and leaves the sides of the vessl. then remove from Fire.
smear aplate with ghee and pour the mieture over it, smoothen it and lt it cool.
sreve in slices.
