Ingredients used in CARROT KHEERA DOSAKAYA PACHADI
• Cucumber pieces - 2 cup.
• Grated carrots - 1 cup.
• Fresh grated coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Green chillies - 3 numbers.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Lemon - 1 numbers.
• Bengal gram - 2 teaspoons.
• Black gram - 1 teaspoons.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Oil - 1 cup.
Method:

1.Grind green chillies, grated coconut, carrots and salt to make a paste. 2.Add lemon juice, half of the cucumber pieces, cumin seeds and blend again to make a coarse powder. 3. Now add remaining half of the pieces finely chopped coriander leaves and saute them. 4.Now heat oil in a pan and add Bengal gram, Black gram, Mustard seeds,Cumin seeds, Curry leaves for tempering. 5. Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves. 6.Now serve with rice and chapati.
