- Cut the carrot into small cubes.
- Boil the water in a pan, add carrot pieces, pinch of salt and boil it for 2 minutes. Later cool it down.
- Then transfer this into the mixie jar and make it into a coarse paste.
- In it, add curd, honey, almonds, cashew nuts and blend until smooth paste.
- At last, transfer into a serving glass and add ice cubes as required.
Delicious Mango Lasssi is now ready to serve.
