Ingredients used in Carrot Loaf Cake
• Carrots; shredded - 9 large.
• Flour - 2 cup.
• Raisins; chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Allspice - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Bananas; mashed - 2 large.
• Apple sauce - 1 cup.
• Vanilla - 1 tablespoons.
• Nutmeg - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon - 1 tablespoons.
• Baking soda - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Baking powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 2 cup.
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Bake about 1 hour or until top browns.
