Ingredients used in carrot Rasam tasty
• Tamarind - 15-20g .
• Green gram dhal - 50 g .
• Chillies - 4 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 4 numbers.
• Carrot - 2-3 medium numbers.
• Ginger and garlic - half tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
add carrots, tomatoes, chillies and green gram dhal in small pressure cooker to get cooked 3 vessiles and cool it. Then in mixer make a paste and take bowl add oil and seasonings and ginger and garlic paste pour this paste(mashed carrot, tomotoes paste) with water and tamarind juice, salt and rasam powder. boil until you will get a good smell i think everybody will like this yummy one.
