Ingredients used in Cauliflower Allam Karam kura
• Green chilies - 3-4 numbers.
• Ginger - 2 oz.
• Zeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Peanut oil - 2-4 tablespoons.
• Medium cauliflower - cut into small florets - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
Method:
1. Heat some oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add zeera.
2. Once zeera starts spluttering, add the cauliflower pieces, turmeric and salt. Fry till the pieces are semi-soft and turn a little brown.
3. Meanwhile peel ginger. Cut the ginger into small pieces. Grind the ginger and chilies to a fine paste.
4. Now add this chili-ginger paste to the fried cauliflower and mix well. Fry a little till the raw smell disappears.
5. Once cooked garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

This curry goes well with rice and rotis.
