Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER BONDA
• 1.cauliflower - 1 numbers.
• 2.all purpose flour - 1 cup.
• 3.cashew nuts powder - 2 teaspoons.
• 4.black pepper powder - 3 teaspoons.
• 5.oil - to fry.
• 6.ghee - 3 teaspoons.
• 7.cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• 8.salt - to taste.
Method:

1.Heat 2 tbs ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds powder, cashew nuts powder and roast it. 2.Add cauliflower pieces, black pepper powder and salt mix it well then switch off the flame, keep aside. 3.Take all purpose flour add ghee, curd, salt to make a dough. 4.Take small dumplings and make small poori using rolling pin. 5.Now keep the cauliflower mixture in middle of puri and close the edges by applying water to it. 6.Heat oil in pan and deep fry the bonda until golden brown in colour. 7.Now the hot cauliflower bonda is ready to serve.
