Ingredients used in CAULIFLOWER LOLLIPOP
• Big cauliflower florets - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Boiled potato - 1 number.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon.
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Sugar - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Baking powder - pinch.
• Red chili paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - to fry.
  • Boil big cauliflower florets with long stem in water with little salt for 2 minutes.
  • Remove water and allow it rest for some time.
  • Mash boiled potato in a plate, add onions, salt, pepper powder and mix nicely, coat this mixture on cauliflower florets.
  • In a bowl, add cornstarch, all purpose flour, sugar, vinegar, baking powder, red chili paste and mix nicely using water to make thick slurry.
  • Dip floret in this cornstarch mixture and deep fry in oil, until golden in colour and transfer into paper towel.

Now cauliflower lollipop is ready to serve.
