Ingredients used in cauliflower thoran
• Cauliflower - 1 small.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Grated coconut - 1/4 cup.
• Dry red chilly - 2 numbers.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Cumin powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 numbers.
• Mustard - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
grate cauliflower .heat oil,add mustard,red chilli,curryleaves onion and saute. till onions are soft , add crushed garlic , turmeric , coriander and cumin powder add v(chilli powder if you want) and then cauliflower and mix well . cover and steam on low flame check in between. cook till no more water remains and cauliflower is cooked add coconut and mix well.

i tried this recipe, it smells and tastes so good... But you forgot to mention about the salt.... then i think it is required to sprinkle some water before closing the lid so that cauliflower cooks well.
