Ingredients used in Chaat masala
• Cloves (powdered) - 1 tea spoon.
• Tartaric acid - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Pomegrante seeds powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Dry mango powder - 4 tablespoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Cinnamon stick powder - 1 tea spoon.

Mix all ingredients together and use as required for a chatpata(Peppery or mixed masala) taste.

The recipe sounds fine except for the pomegranate seeds, Should they be fresh or dried? Don't know where to get tartaric acid. Don't think we have it in the groceries of the US. I hope it isn't needed for this chaat,
