Ingredients used in Channa dal mixture
• Chilli pwd - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 3 springs.
• Garlic (with scin) - 10 clove.
• Split channa dal - 200 grams.
• Hing - pinch.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Soak the channa dal in the water for 1/2 an hour. strain the water.put it in a cloth to absorb water. In a cadai heat the oil fry the channa,til crispy, seperatly fry the crushed garlic amp; curry leaves.Then add it to the mixer.Put it in a bowl immediately add salt, chilli pwd amp; hing pwd. Let it cool and store in a container.

hello, My childhood loved one. My question is only half an hour is sufficient for soaking the channa dal. I want a very cripsy one. I tried many time for soaking long time but didn't work at all. Let me know. How to make the cripsy mixture.
