Ingredients used in channa pulao
• Pulao rice - 500 grams.
• Peas - 225 grams.
• Panir - 225 grams.
• Curry leaves (big) - 1 springs.
• Cloves - 4 numbers.
• Cinnamon - 5 numbers.
• Cardamom - 2 numbers.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Fat - 50 grams.
• Sultanas - 15 grams.
Method:

1.Heat fat. add sultanas and remove.

2. add painr cubes and fry to a golden brown .3. add curry leaves, cloves cinnamon and cardamom. 4. add rice and fry for 5 minuties

5. add shelled peas, slit green chillies, salt sugar and hot water to cook rice. 6.when water is almost absorbed, put in panir pieces and sultanas

7 cook on slow fire till water is completely absorbed and rice is cooked.
