Ingredients used in Chapala pulusu
• Cumin powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tarmind - big lemon size .
• Fish - 5 lbs.
• Chopped big onions - 2 lbs.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - pinch.
Method:

1)heat the pan add oil 2)Add choppen onions and chilli powder and make it deep fry till it will become gold color and add salt.......... 3)Now add fish pieces and also add squeezed tarmind juice and water untill fish pieces are immersed... 3)keep heat on high and add chilli powder and pinch of turmeric into it...... 4)Now boil it until oil floats on top then add cumin powder and garlic paste and keep boiling it for 5min finally add chopped coriander leaves...............
