- Take a chapati dough prepared by mixing wheat flour, a pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon of oil, water then roll into round chapati using a rolling pin.
- Place it on a hot pan and cook on both sides using ghee.
- Cut chapati into pieces and transfer to a blender, add almond powder, cardamom powder, dates, a pinch of salt and blend it coarsely.
- Then transfer to a plate and little ghee and make round laddu using a hand.
Now chapati dates laddu is ready to serve.
