Ingredients used in Chapaties
• Wheat flour - 100 grams.
• Water - 60 grams.
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Dough weight - 160 grams.
• Per chapati - 29 grams.
• Diameter of chapati - 15 grams.
Method:

Sieve flour.2. add salt and water and make a stiff dough .3. sprinkle some water over and set asidefor at least one hour.4. knead well .5. divideinto small balls 6.Rollout using rice flour7. bake well on both sides on hotgriddle.8. toss on hot coal allow them to puff

9. smear with meltid fat and serve hot
