Radish, grated - 1 no
Carrots, grated - 2-3 nos
Capsicum, cut into cubes - 1-2 nos
Cucumber, cut into cubes - 1 no
Onions, cut into slices - 1 no
Fried Channa Dal - 1 tbsp
Garlic, finely chopped - 3-4 cloves
Peanuts - 2 tbsp
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 lime
Cumin seeds - ¼ tsp
Curry leaves - 1-2 sprigs
Coriander leaves, chopped - 1 bunch
Salt - to taste
