Cheese balls is a delicious and tasty appetizer.

Ingredients of Cheese Balls

pepperidge farm bread  10 Slice
mozarella cheese grated  1-2 Cup
green chillies  7-10 Numbers
garlic  2 Clove
ginger  1/4 Numbers


Directions
  1. Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic together.

  2. Soak bread in water. Squeeze out excess water, and transfer it into a clean bowl.

  3. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated mozarella cheese, and then add ginger, garlic chillie paste and salt.

  4. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat.
