Ingredients used in Cheese Balls
• Pepperidge farm bread - 10 slice.
• Mozarella cheese grated - 1-2 cup.
• Green chillies - 7-10 numbers.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
• Ginger - 1/4 numbers.
  1. Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic together.

  2. Soak bread in water. Squeeze out excess water, and transfer it into a clean bowl.

  3. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of grated mozarella cheese, and then add ginger, garlic chillie paste and salt.

  4. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat.
