Ingredients used in Chhurpi ka Achar
• Chhurpi - 250 grams.
• Radish/cucumber (sliced) - 1 cup.
• Onion (chopped) - half cup.
• Green chili (chopped) - 7 numbers.
• Mustard oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Wash your hand and make them dry.
  • Then take all the ingredients in a bowl. After that mix them properly using your hand.
  • And now the achar is ready to serve.

You can have it with rice or roti.
