Chicken and Mushroom Stir-fry

Ingredients used in Chicken and Mushroom Stir-fry
• Chicken breast - 1 pound.
• Musrooms / shiitake mushrooms - 8 numbers.
• Block of boiled bamboo shoot - 1 small.
• Flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Soy sauce - 3 teaspoons.
• Mirin - 2 tablespoons.
• Red pepper - 2 numbers.
• Salt and pepper - to taste.
Method:
Cut chicken into thin stripps. Slice bamboo shoot and mushrooms. Chop ginger and red pepper finely. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sprinkle flour over the chicken stripps. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add ginger and red pepper. Add chicken in the pan and fry. Add bamboo and mushroom slices in the pan and stir-fry them. Pour soy sauce and mirin over the ingredients and stir quickly
