Ingredients used in Chicken Cafreal
• Vinegar - 2 tablespoons.
• Black pepper corns - 8 numbers.
• Green cardamom - 8 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Cloves - 6 numbers.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Green corriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1 cup.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Chicken ( preferrably legs & breast) - 1000 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
Method:
1. Remove the skin of the chicken. Make incisions on the breast and legs. 2. Blend all the ingredients except the vinegar and oil in to a fine paste. 3. Apply the paste to the chicken pieces and keep it aside for 2 - 3 hrs. 4. Now put the oil in the pan. Cook the chicken until golden brown. 5. When it is almost done, add vinegar and cook it for a few minutes. 6. Garmish with golden brown onion rings. Serve hot
