Ingredients used in Chicken Chaat
• Turmeric - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Coriander seeds - 3 tablespoons.
• Red chilies - 8 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Chicken cubes - 500 grams.
Method:
Wash the chicken and dry on absorbent paper.
Cut into small cubes. Add salt to garlic and crush to a smooth pulp.
Heat the oil in a non stick frying pan, over medium heat.
Add the garlic and cook until it is lightly browned.
Add the chicken and cook for about 10 minutes stirring constantly.
Add coriander powder, turmeric powder and chili powder.
Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.

Dear Chef Chicken chat usually comes with a lot of vegetables mixed in it with the usual sweet and salt liquid. Could you give us another varient of this wonderful starter.
