Ingredients used in CHICKEN CURRY WITH DOSA
• Chicken - 250 grams.
• Dosa flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - as required.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Potatoes - 1 cup.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Curd - 1 cup.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1 springs.
Method:
  • Firstly take the dosa batter and adjust the salt and water keep aside.
  • Now, take the chicken boneless pieces and potato chop into small pieces keep aside.
  • Then in a pan heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped onions, turmeric powder, chopped ginger saute it well.
  • To it add potato pieces, curry leaves and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now to it add chicken pieces, red chilli powder, coriander powder, curd mix it well and cook it by using a lid on.
  • Finally, adjust the salt taste and add pepper powder, coriander leaves cook it for another 2 minutes.
  • Chicken curry with dosa is ready to serve with a hot dosa.
