Ingredients used in Chicken Dragon(Indo chinese)
• Oil - 500 ml to fry.
• Unsalted roasted cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Chopped cilantro - 2 tablespoons.
• Finely chopped ginger & garlic - 2 tablespoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1 pinch.
• Soya sauce - 2 tablespoons.
• Tomato ketchup - 3 tablespoons.
• Egg - 1 numbers.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - some to taste.
• Boneless skinless chicken pieces - 250 grams.
• Red chilli flakes - 2 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 pinch.
• Chopped onions - 1 tablespoons.
• Ajinomoto - 1 pinch.
Method:
Mix chicken with salt, ajinomoto, pepper, egg amp; cornflour. Deep fry in oil amp; keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped cilantro, onion, ginger, garlic amp; saute for 2 mins, add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, little sugar, red chilli flakes chicken amp; toss well to coat them. finally add some lime juice amp; mix well,adjust salt. Add cashewnuts amp; serve hot.
