Ingredients used in CHICKEN GOLD COIN
• Bread - 10 slice.
• Chicken mince - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chilies (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves (finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Corn flour - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
  • Take a bread and cut into roundels.
  • In a bowl and add chicken mince, garlic, green chilies, coriander leaves, red chili powder, salt, and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling, place on top of bread then place another bread and press it.
  • In another bowl, add corn flour along with little water and make a thin slurry.
  • Dip stuffed chicken in corn slurry and deep fry in oil.
  • Later, transfer to paper towel and allow it to rest for some more time.

Now chicken gold coin is ready to serve.
