Ingredients used in Chicken Kababs
• Boneless chicken - 500 grams.
• Curd - 50 grams.
• Onion paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Fried onion paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Coconut paste - 2 teaspoons.
• Chaat masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilly powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Oil - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1. Mix all the above except salt and oil and marinade for 3-4 hrs 2. Mix salt and oil, put on seekh (skewers) and grill it till turns golden red. 3. Sprinkle some chaat masala. 4. Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces, and sauce.
