Ingredients used in Chicken Makai
• Tomato - 3 big.
• Butter - 2 piece.
• Coriander - 3 bunch.
• Salt - 8 tablespoons.
• Water - 4 bottle.
• Chicken - 1kg numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 numbers.
• Makai masala ( available in spar hypermarket) - 1 numbers.

Step 1: Boil Chicken for 15 MINUTES with water and salt.... step 2: cut chicken very small pieces and again boil it. step 3 : take one pan put makai masala , and mix with ginger and garlic paste. step 4 : add the chicken to step3 and shake well. step 5: to make d dish more tasty u may add egg (not boiled) step 6: fry the mixture for 20 minutes add some coriander leaves for design,
