Ingredients used in Chicken Mulligatawny Curry
• Chicken - 1000 grams.
• Small onions - 115 grams.
• Garlic - 6 numbers.
• Ginger - 2.5cm piece.
• Cinnamon - piece.
• Tomatoes - 225 grams.
• Curry leaves - .
• Salt - 2 teaspoons.
• Kashmiri chilies - 2 teaspoons.
• Coriander - 10 grams.
• Cumin - piece.
• Fennel - 3 grams.
• Peppercorns - 20 grams.
• Split bengal gram - 10 grams.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Coconut - 1/2 numbers.
• Lime - 1 numbers.
• For tempering - .
• Clarified butter - 10 grams.
• Red onion - 1 numbers.
• Curry leaves - to taste.
Method:

1. Joint the chicken and simmer gently with the next seven ingredients for about 10 minutes .

2. Roast red chillies and bengal gram separately . Grind together second lot of ingredients to a smooth paste .

3. Add second extract of coconut milk and ground spice to chicken and cook till tender .

nbsp;4. Add first extract of coconut milk and bring to boil . Remove.

5. Add lime juice and remove . Temper

recipe procedure is not clear...what do u mean first n second...have you mentioned that way
