Ingredients used in Chicken Sekuwa
• Chicken breasts, skinned, boned 2 Lbs.
• Melted butter for bastin .
• Bamboo skewers (pre-soaked for at least 30 min. in cold water .
• yogurt 2 Cup.
• lemon juice 1 Tablespoons.
• musturd oil 2 Tablespoons.
• onions, roughly choppe 1 Cup.
• cumin seed 1 Tablespoons.
• coriander seed 1 Tablespoons.
• turmeri 1/2 Tablespoons.
• fresh red chilie 3 Numbers.
• pepper cor 1 Tablespoons.
• timu 1 Tablespoons.
• garli 2 Clove.
• ginger 1 Numbers.
• fresh dill weed, choppe 1 Tablespoons.
• celery, choppe 1 Cup.
• soy sauc 1 Tablespoons.
• salt To Taste.
• green onions, cut in 1-in. length 1/4 Cup.
How to make the recipe:
In a blender, combine all the marinating ingredients to form marinade. In a large bowl mix chicken with the marinade. Marinate fo at least 6 hours.

Fire up a charcoal grill. Clean the grill surface thoroughly Thread the marinated chicken cubes into skewers. Do not overcrowd th pieces. Grill the skewered chicken cubes, frequently turning an basting with melted butter until cooked through. Take off the grill an brush the cooked sekuwas with butter before serving.
