Ingredients used in CHICKEN TEMPURA
• Chicken breast(slices) - 5-6 number.
• Egg - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilled water - 1/4 cup.
• All purpose flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Take a bowl and add beaten egg, little salt, chilled water, all purpose flour, corn flour and prepare to batter nicely. Coat chicken breast with batter and deep fry in hot oil, later transfer into serving plate. Now chicken tempura is ready to serve with sweet chutney.
