Ingredients used in Chicken Tomato Pepper Gravy
• Salt - to taste.
• Whole garam masala (yelakka, pattai kirambu) - to taste.
• Chicken - 4 cup.
• Cashewnuts - 20 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 2 teaspoons.
• Sombu (saunf) - 2 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped tomatoes - 4 numbers.
• Chopped big onions - 2 numbers.
• Chilli powder - .
• Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Poppy seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
Method:

1. Heat a pan, heat oil. 2. Add whole garam masala, add onions to it. 3. after the onions are half done, add ginger garlic paste, 4. Add tomato and cook well until tomatoes are fully cooked. 5. leave it to cool 6. Add cashewnuts to it and grind it in the mixer to a gravy consistency. 7. heat the oil in the pan add the gravy to it. 8. Grind the pepper, cumin seeds, saunf and poppy seeds into a powder. and add it to the gravy 9. Add the chicken and little water. 10.leave the chicken to cook until gravy consistency. 10. Add coriander leaves to garnish and serve hot.
