1) Put oil in a pot on medium heat. When the oil gets hot add in: chicken, ginger paste, garlic paste, carrots, soya sauce, black peppers, salt, and chinese salt. Mix and cover pot on medium heat and let the chicken cook for approximately frac12; hour.
2) After frac12; hour, add green chillies. Now cover pot and let Chicken cook on low heat for another 15 minutes.
