Ingredients used in chiken hara dhaniya
• Turmuric - 12 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Tomato paste - 1 big.
• Green chilli chopped - 1 large.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions paste - 2 large.
• Fresh chiken boneless in small peices - 500 grams.
• Hara dhaniya - 50 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lemon juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 4 tablespoons.
• Sabat garam masala - .
Method:
Take a bowl and make mixture of Salt ,Red chilli and lemon juice and add chiken,leave it for half an hour.Take a Pressure cooker add oil add 2 badi Elaichi some seeds of black pepper,and Tej patta,now add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook till it golden brown masala now add salt ,red cilli pwder,turmeric pdr,mix it well add a little bit of water and make a thick paste . Now add chiken into it and cover it for 10 minuts,after 10 min add tomatos and Garam masala pdr and cover it for 10 minuts uncover it and mix dhaniya leaves into it and also garnish it with dhania leaves
