CHILI GARLIC NOODLES

Ingredients used in CHILI GARLIC NOODLES
• Noodles (parboiled) - 100 grams.
• Oil - 1 tablespoon.
• Green chilies (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Garlic (chopped) - 4 numbers.
• Msg - 1 pinch.
• Soya sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Chili sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Butter - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Onion (slices) - 1/2 cup.
• Bell pepper (thin slices) - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onion (slices) - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan add garlic, green chilies, slices of onions, bell pepper, salt, pepper powder, MSG, soya sauce, chili sauce, saute it.
  • And add parboiled noodles to the same pan, toss it.
  • At last, add butter and spring onions, mix it well and switch off the flame.
