Ingredients used in Chilli Fish
• Fish - 250 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 6 numbers.
• Vinegar - 1 tablespoons.
• Soya saus - 1 tablespoons.
• Orsestor saus - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
Chop the onions and chillies into thin long pieces. Mix fish, chopped chillies, onion, salt, vinegar, Soya saus and orsestor saus. Stir it well and keep for 4 hours. Take out the fish pieces from the saus. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish till it is red. After frying all the fish pieces put the saus, onion amp; chilli mix into the pan alongwith the fish pieces and let it simmer. Cover with lid and leave for 5 minutes. Now chilli fish is ready.
