Ingredients used in Chilly Lemon Chicken
• Chicken - 1/4 quart.
• Turmic powdwer - pinch.
• Chilly powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garam masala - pinch.
• Azanamoto salt - pinch.
• Chicken masala - pinch.
• Curd - 1/2 cup.
• Lemon jouce - 1/2 piece.
• Green chilleys - 5 numbers.
• Oil - 1 tablespoons.
• Pudina and celentro - few springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Take chicken in a vessel which you cook add turmic powder,chilley powder,salt, garam masala, chicken masala, green chilleys,gingergarlic paste,tasting salt (i.e. azanamoto salt),curd and lemon juice .Marinate it and keep it aside for minimunm 15 mins.Switch on stove keep the vessel in low flame and stirr it periodically once the oil started oozing the gravy starts getting thicker then sprinkle the pudina and celentro springs and serve hot.
