Ingredients used in CHIMNEY LADOO
• White sesame seeds - 1000 grams.
• White jaggery - 500 grams.
• Raisins - 50 grams.
• Cashew nuts - 50 grams.
• Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Take a pan to dry roast sesame seeds till it becomes golden in color. 2. Blend sesame seeds and cashew nuts to make powder. 3. Now take another pan and add grated jaggery, ghee to make syrup. 4. In this add sesame seeds-cashew nuts powder, raisins and cardamom powder to mix it well. 5. When it cools down make ladoos of your own size.
