How to make CHINESE PICKLED VEGETABLES

CHINESE PICKLED VEGETABLES

Ingredients used in CHINESE PICKLED VEGETABLES
• White rice vinegar - 1/2 cup.
• Onion shallot - 6-8 numbers.
• Carrot - 1 number.
• Cucumber - 1 number.
• Sugar - 1-2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Cut the cucumbers (seeds remove them) onion shallots, carrot batons in this sprinkle into salt and toss them after 15 minutes ooze out moisture, add red and green chilies, sugar, rice vinegar cover this vegetable keep it for 1 hour.
  • This pickle store for 1 week
