CHINESE STYLE TOFU AND POTATOES

Ingredients used in CHINESE STYLE TOFU AND POTATOES
• All purpose flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Spices powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Potato(boiled) - 2 numbers.
• Oil - to fry.
• Tofu(pieces) - 1 cup.
• Dry red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper - 1 number.
• Yellow bell pepper - 1 number.
• Red bell pepper - 1 number.
• Onions - 1 number.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Tomato ketchup - 1 tea spoon.
• Spring onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Cut potato and tofu into cubes.
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, spices powder of (cloves, cinnamon, cardamon, cumin seeds), water and mix nicely to make bajji batter.
  • To it add potato and coat it and deep fry in hot oil, transfer into paper towel.
  • In the rest of batter add tofu and deep fry in oil, later transfer into same paper towel.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in another pan and add dry red chillies, garlic, ginger, diced green bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, onions and saute it.
  • To it add soya sauce, vinegar, green chili sauce, red chili sauce, salt, tomato ketchup, fried potato, tofu and saute it.
  • Transfer into serving plate and garnish with spring onions.

Now Chinese style tofu and potatoes are ready to serve.
