Ingredients used in chinese vegetable soup
• Tomato - 1-2 numbers.
• Potato - 1-2 numbers.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Carrot - 1 numbers.
• Fish bones/ikan bilis - 6-10 piece.
• Sesame oil {additional} - - to taste.
• Fish ball {additional} - - numbers.
first u fill the pot with water almost half of the pot then u put the fish bones,carrot[cut into slices] amp; potato{cut in to cube} . second u boil it until the fish bones turn white or colourless.use medium fire please! then u put 1-2 tomato cut into 4 pieces/cross after that u put 1 bunch of spinach , wait until the spinach goes into the water next ,make sure the spinach changes its colour {dark green} amp; soft or u can try to stir it with chopstick then its already done add sesame oil/fishball. at last u must take out the spinach out of the soup bcz it will soften the spinach if u put too long in the soup
