Ingredients used in Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Chocolate chips - 100 grams.
• Milk - 20 ml.
• Baking powder - 2 grams.
• All purpose flour / maida flour - 200 grams.
• Sugar powder - 100 grams.
• Butter - 115 grams.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
Method:
Take a bowl, add butter, powder sugar, cream it. To it, even add all purpose flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla essence, and mix it. Then add half of the chocolate chips to it and mix it like a dough,. At last, roll it, spread the remaining chocolate chips on top and cut them into round shape. Later arrange the biscuits in the tray, bake them at 180 degree centigrade for 15 minutes. Delicious Chocolate chip cookies are now ready to eat.
