Ingredients used in Chocolate Salami
• Egg - 2 numbers.
• Coffee - 2 teaspoons.
• Sugar powder - 4 tablespoons.
• Butter - 150 grams.
• Plain milk biscuits - 300 grams.
• Cocoa powder (preferably bitter cocoa) - 4 teaspoons.
• Aluminium foil - 1 piece.
1.Mince the biscuits roughly and put in a clean and dry bowl 2.Add coffee,sugar and softened butter to the same bowl and mix well 3.Separate yolk from egg and then add to the mixing bowl 4.Beat egg white to the consistency of snow peaks and add to the mixing bowl 5.Finally add cocoa and mix well till you end up with consistency like clay 6.Shape like salami(see picture) or as you desire and wrap around with an aluminium foil 7.Keep in freezer for 2 hours and then in fridge 8.Cut into medium thin slices just before you serve.
