In a pot, heat water and add AGAR strips.. Stir till dissolved. Turn off heat. In a separate pot, melt the Hershey chocolate bars on low low heat, add a little water if it burns. Then, add melted chocolate into Agar water. Stir till mixed well. No pour everything into a deep dish and put into fridge to chill. Wait two hours or till chilled and will be firm like Jello. Cut into pieces and eat!
