Ingredients used in Christmas Cake Raisin Cake Indian
• Crushed cloves - 6-8 numbers.
• Powderd netmug - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Vanilla - 1 to taste.
• Egg - 6 numbers.
• Butter - 250 - 300 grams.
• Cashunut (butter rosted) - 1/2 - 1 cup.
• Baking powder - 11 grams.
• Sugar powder (for caramel) - 4-5 tablespoons.
• Sugar powder - 2 cup.
• Flour - 2 1/2 cup.
• Mixed fruit confit - 1 cup.
• Raisin - 1 cup.
• Rum or brandy (optional) - 1/4 bottle.
• Electric mixer - 1 numbers.
Method:
quot;quot;quot;Marinate Raisin amp; confit in Rum for 3 to 7 daysquot;quot;quot;quot; - Beat Eggs with Sugar , Add Melted butter (not so hot) Beat until sugar disolves completly - Add flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla and beat lightly - Add the raisins in the flour mixed - Add the liquid caramel and cashews Beat slightly Preheat oven to 180 deg; Add de preparation in a cake mold already buttered and floured Left in the oven during 45 min at 180 deg;. When you get sprayed the cake with rum (optional)
