Ingredients used in COASTAL FISH FRY
• Fish pieces (betki) - 250 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Coconut powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilly powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoons.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1.Take a blender and add poppy seeds blend it to a fine powder. 2. To this add coconut powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, salt, blend all together make a paste. 3. Then add lime juice, little water and mix thoroughly to make a paste. 4. Then add fish pieces and marinate it with masala paste and rest it for 1-2 hours. 5. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces on medium flame until golden brown colour. 6. Now the fish is ready to serve.

I would suggest a steak-able fish. King fish, Tilapia, Catfish, Grouper, Mackarel etc.
