Ingredients used in coconut and chanadal curry
• Coconut grated - 1 large numbers.
• Chana dal - 100 grams.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Green chillies - 5-8 numbers.
• Garam masala powder - 2 teaspoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Cummin - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt & red chilli powder - to taste.
• Coariander leaves - 6 leaf.
Method:
First soak chana dal for 1 hour and cook it up 3/4 done.now take a pan add 3 tbsp of oil and add mustard seeds,cumin and urad dal and now add chopped onions and green chilles and add salt to it and add grated coconut to it and cook by adding very little of water to it create some moisture ) and cook it by putting a lid on it in a medium flame for 10 min and once coconut is cooked now add the cooked chanadal to it and add red chilled powder and spinkle some garam masala powder to it and add some coriander leaves to it ------------done
